Spiffy new subdivision on the mountain. So spiffy they haven't sold any lots yet - or at least there's no activity there. It's a gated community and I understand has lots of restrictions. We're not far from the hospital and I suspect they were hoping to get some doctors, etc. We do have doctors on the mountain - but most have acreage and don't want restrictions. I pass this way when I'm going to church.
Anyway, this is a lovely entrance - my photo doesn't do the waterfall justice at all.

I love that water feature on the sign. Sigh... oh to have water to waste. Oh... that's right, you live in the Great Southeastern Desert... where are they getting all that water?
LOL - I guess even in the really dry southeast we still have lots more water than you do Robin.
They're pumping that water from the lake - but I'm guessing they're recycling it (or at least hopefully they are!
