Day 160 Frosty says - It's cold in St. Louis

....and there are strange things in the backyard here. I found a squirrel today and chased him but got really confused when he disappeared. Mom told me he went up a tree. I didn't know squirrels could climb trees. We don't have them in our yard at home because Belle chases everything out that might be fun for me.

And, in the yard here there are strange, barking dogs all around in the neighboring yards. They come right up to the fence and bark at me - but I bark and growl and let them know how fearless I am too!

Day 143 - Santa Baby (Day 9 of 25 days of Christmas)

Frosty's not totally excited about modeling his new Santa suit - but he does love those treats. I needed 3 hands.

He just looks SOOOOO cute though.

Day 126 - Handsome Frosty

Frosty went to the groomers today and is now officially "handsome". He's currently resting in my lap - it was a rough day for the baby.

Day 122 - Teddy

This adorable little creature is a neighbor's new puppy - "Teddy". He's a 5 months old Pomeranian and couldn't possibly be any cuter. She had bought a pink leash, planning on a female dog - but fell in love with this one. He's kinda shy, but adorable.

I usually post late in the day, but today has to be early as I'm off to Huntsville for a PET Scan and that not only shoots the day, but since they give me drugs, I'm pretty well zonked when I get home.

Day 63 - Belle

Not getting out today and don't think I've posted a real photo of Belle. She would have looked better standing with a side angle, but the only way I could get her to be still was to sit. She's really starting to show gray around her muzzle. She's really a sweet dog but definitely has ADHD and is still needy - she was Chuck's dog and I guess she still misses him!

Day 52 - Belle

Well since I didn't leave home again today - thought I'd get a photo of Belle. Boy, her muzzle is really getting gray and shows in the photo. Couldn't get her to 'pose' very well for me - "sit" was the best I could get.

Day 45 - Frosty is home from the groomer

... and smells so good (to me anyway).

And of course the furkids had to 'sniff' him!

Day 13 - Where I work

I thought it was such a good idea that Jacki posted pictures of where she worked, decided I'd do it too. I work two days a week at our Cross Stitch shop (unless the owner is out of town - then I have to work more - have decided 5 days in a row are not nearly as much fun) and Frosty goes to work with me. (Frosty is a working dog - a teacup toy poodle in serious need of a haircut.) His job is greeter, watch dog and customer service - and he's very good at all three. If you look closely at the first picture, you'll see him standing in the door when I went outside to get the photo.
This sign is in the window when Frosty and I are at work. We have customers who come in just to see Frosty - and my boss tells me they're disappointed when he's not there.
This is the inside of the shop - as Cross Stitch shops go - it's a really nice one. Much of my time there is actually spent cross stitching. Frosty has his own bed in the back and that's where he is if I'm stitching - but if that door opens (a bell rings), he's gone to the front to greet whoever's coming in.
