Well since I didn't leave home again today - thought I'd get a photo of Belle. Boy, her muzzle is really getting gray and shows in the photo. Couldn't get her to 'pose' very well for me - "sit" was the best I could get.
Photos of the lovely scenic area that where I live.

I'm watching Shep get grayer day by day, Iris. . . . Belle looks lovely. Kat
What a lovely girl, Iris. How old is she now?
Belle was 8 in April of this year. She's only two months older than Frosty - but since he's white...
She's a sweet dog and VERY loving and VERY needy. She was Chuck's dog.
It's funny when you first notice they're getting older. It takes longer for us to notice I think since we live with them day in and day out, and besides I saw them when they were puppies and in my head they're always my babies. Every time I notice Coco's graying or notice she doesn't jump over things like she used to, it brings me up short -- hate to deal with her getting older -- even if it's just the next phase, it's a hard one to come to grips with -- in your dogs or yourself (those achy bones this morning proved that point). But your Belle has still got bright eyes and she sure has them focused straight on you! She looks beautiful.
