Legacy Pointe is the second 'spiffy' subdivision on Georgia Mountain. This is the one with the wonderful views and there are actually two houses being built in it (none so far in the other one).
I'm not excited about this one as they've cleared almost all of the trees and made at least two drive entrances off the winding road up the mountain - dangerous!
But then, I'm getting so old I hate change - especially around me.

I think it's so (ironically) funny when they clear the land of trees and then plant trees in the yards . . . no sense at all. . . .
