This lovely building sits right next to the old Post Office downtown and was the town's original hotel. It's not a restaurant and has meeting space. I'm so pleased they've saved it and are using it.
I like how your shot is angled so that the water fountain is covering the "G" and the name of the hotel is "The Lover" - ha! Like a meeting place for secret (3-hour!) trysts! Ooh, Iris, what a racy town you live in!

I bet it was a beautiful restaurant when it was one!

It's a restaurant now Iris, or not? If so, what kind?
I liked the 'Lover Hotel' angle, also :)
Great minds think alike - was thinking it was probably quite the popular spot for lunch "dates" -being the Lover and all.
